PABA: 4-aminobenzoic acid, commonly known as PABA, is a compound naturally found in foods such as liver, brewer’s yeast (and unfiltered beer) and whole grains. Oftentimes classified as a B vitamin (Vitamin Bx), PABA has been known to reduce fatigue and irritability while improving focus.
